Nasıl çalışır?

Beş adımda veriden tez bölümüne.

  1. GörüşmeÇalışmanızı anlatırsınız: amaç, hipotezler, gruplar, sonlanımlar. Tezistat eksik kalan noktaları sorar.
  2. VeriExcel veya CSV dosyanızı yüklersiniz. Ad, TC kimlik no, protokol no gibi kimlik bilgisi içeren sütunlar ayıklanır.
  3. Analiz planıHer hipotez için uygun test, varsayım kontrolleriyle birlikte önerilir. Planı siz onaylarsınız.
  4. AnalizHesaplamaları gerçek istatistik kodu yapar. Raporlanan her sayının kaynağı bellidir.
  5. Rapor ve uzman onayıTablolar, "İstatistiksel Analiz" ve "Bulgular" metni Word formatında hazırlanır ve bir biyoistatistikçinin incelemesine sunulur.

Why Tezistat?

Every medical specialty resident in Türkiye must complete a research thesis, and most pay a biostatistician to run the analysis. That usually means waiting in a queue, not understanding why a test was chosen, and paying again for every revision.

How it works

From raw data to a thesis chapter in five steps.

  1. InterviewThe resident describes the study: aims, hypotheses, groups, outcomes. Tezistat asks about anything missing.
  2. DataUpload an Excel or CSV file. Identifying columns (name, national ID, record number) are removed.
  3. Analysis planFor each hypothesis, an appropriate test with assumption checks is proposed. The resident approves the plan.
  4. AnalysisReal statistical code does the computation, so every reported number is traceable.
  5. Report and expert reviewTables plus the "Statistical Analysis" and "Results" sections are generated as a Word document and submitted for biostatistician review.

Privacy and academic integrity

Designed for physicians working with patient data.

Patient data never reaches the model

The model only sees variable names and aggregate results. Computation runs in a separate environment.

Identifiers are removed

Columns that identify a person are stripped from the data before analysis.

Transparent and reproducible

All code and outputs are attached to the report, so supervisors and committees can audit every step.

The resident remains the author

Tezistat provides statistical consulting. Scientific interpretation, ethics approval and institutional compliance stay with the author and their supervisor.
